At just 16 years old, while pursuing his degree in mechanical engineering, he was entrusted with managing the family business while his parents were away—a responsibility that sparked a lifelong passion for engineering, operations, leadership, and building successful businesses.
Over the past three decades, Rob has built a reputation for driving revenue growth, improving COGS and EBITDA, and creating lasting enterprise value across manufacturing organizations. He also develops strong leaders, identifies hidden talent, and builds high-performance cultures that refuse to accept the status quo. His experience includes leading Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives to build the Factory of the Future—creating connected, scalable operations that perform long after his involvement ends. In other words, making people a lot of money!
